LifePoint Church began as First Baptist Church, Smyrna, Tennessee, 100 years ago. In recent years, LifePoint has seen growth in number and mission while impacting individuals, families and churches to go hard after the heart of God. Now with multiple campuses nationally and internationally, the mission of LifePoint is to point people to a Christ-centered life among the nations.

LifePoint Illuminate: Children of Light is the initial offering from LifePoint Music and has been a labor of love from the writers, vocalists, thinkers, players and designers to you. This project has been birthed out of the passion and dreams of LifePoint artists to inspire the next generation to run after the purpose and glory of God in our world. Be looking for future LifePoint Live and LifePoint Illuminate projects that will equip and call the church to worship and be sent for His glory.

As Children of Light, we are called to take His light of hope and the Gospel to the world. Whether that is across the hallway, the neighborhood, the other side of the tracks or the other side of the world, God is sending us out. In 2009, LifePoint began an innovative campaign to support a vision for sending teams of ordinary people who are called by God to reach the nations. The Sending Church Campaign strategy is to begin and grow campuses locally and globally where the church can be the authentic Body of Christ in a lost world. Believing the measure of a church is not in its seating capacity but in its sending capacity, 50% of the proceeds from this project will be given to the Sending Church Campaign.
